A common question that I receive is, “What is the best location in Orlando for my photos?”
The answer to this question really depends on what you are looking for as a backdrop…do you want lush and green, water, flowers, a rustic feel, train tracks? One of my goals for the beginning of 2014 is to visit as many locations in the area as I can and photograph them to give inspiration to all of my upcoming clients. I want to make sure to get some great shots of the area highlighted, and who better to “model” in these locations then my Muse Mason, my son, my inspiration and drive behind starting this photography endeavor!
The first place I visited was Cypress Grove Estate, off of Holden in Orlando. Cypress Grove is beautiful! The trees with the hanging moss make for an amazing backdrop and the white, plantation style Estate house is a unique setting that you will not get just anywhere. Cypress Grove sits right on a lake and also has a few docks that photographed nicely.
Here are some pictures from my visit to Cypress Grove.
Enjoy, and this edition of “Adventures of My Muse,” is to be continued…
We arrive at Cypress Grove…and the Adventure begins…
There is a lot to see…
Picture your child or family in front of these amazing tress!
Water always looks great as a backdrop to pictures.
I liked how the slats on the docks were close enough that I didn’t worry about Mason falling in.
Gazebo aka great photo op!
Mason loved watching all of the squirrels running up the trees and I loved how cool the big trunks looked in my pictures!
There is also a park at Cypress Grove. Capturing a photo when your child in genuinely having a great time is priceless!
The flowers are gorgeous!
Lots of benches = great photos
Fun with dad…
Fun in a field!
A little blurry but tooooo cute not to share! He was so happy running around..now picture how happy your little one will be:)
Goodbye Cypress Grove!
